| One of JRC's unique features is its colorful, artistic environment. Each spring we attend ArtExpo, an exposition of artists and galleries that is held in New York. There we purchase posters, sculptures and art pieces to decorate our hallways, conference rooms and residences. This year we commissioned Kip Frace (third from left, below), a New York pop artist, to do a large mural (250 feet long, on moveable panels) for one of our assembly rooms. All of our students contributed their own finger- and/or hand-prints to the mural and twelve worked as Kip's assistants. |

Several students pose with Dr. Israel and Kip Frace in front of the completed mural.

The painting began by drawing many large interlocking hands, as a symbol of brotherhood and cooperation.

The students were wildly enthusiastic about participating in this project.

All of our students helped Kip to make this painting by applying their own handprints to the wall.

| Here four of Kip's student helpers pose for a photograph with Dr. Israel, Kip, and Judy Weber (design/management
consultant). |
| We welcome you to a tour of our facilities and see this mural in person. To contact us or visit our web site go to www.judgerc.org.
