JRC strives to maintain a level of staffing, and
a level of treatment effectiveness, that is sufficient to handle extreme
behavior problems without, in most cases, the need to ask the sending
agency to pay for extra 1-1 staff. Agencies have often found that students
who have required extra 1-1 staff members in their past placements did not
require such extra 1-1 staff when they were enrolled at JRC. It is also
generally true if any such extra staff are required at JRC, they are only
required for the first several months or initial period of treatment.
