 Organizational
behavior management includes the following:
immediate, recorded positive and negative
consequences for staff performance; numerical staff evaluations every 2
weeks determine advancement/retention; raffles for desired performance,
good attendance, and safety behaviors; staff feedback using end-of-shift
reports and interviews; student evaluation of staff performance; and
management charts for all areas of concern mailed to all key
administrators weekly.
