We have a unique Parent/Agency website that enables parents, guardians, and affiliated agency personnel to go online and view various aspects of their son, daughter, or client's program while they are at JRC. This site is becoming increasingly popular, and we currently have over 95 parents, guardians and agency personnel accessing it several times a month.

Upon opening the site, the user will encounter a profile page which displays pictures of the student’s current clinician, teacher and case manager.

One of the most popular features of this site is the student behavior charts. These charts display the frequencies of targeted student behaviors on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and allows individuals to see the behavioral progress that the student is making. In addition to behavioral data frequencies, these charts include a complete list of treatment changes and are updated daily so that they always contain the most current information.

Other features of this site include pictures of the selected student during recent activities, field trips and other events. We also display Report Cards and the most up-to-date behavioral and academic Progress Reports for school-age students. Additional documents can be viewed via this site, such as the individual student recording sheet packet, a complete treatment summary for the previous 90 day period and notes that are entered by the student’s clinician at least every two weeks.

Another unique feature of this site allows parents, guardians, and agency members to access the link to the Executive Blog. In his Executive Blog, Dr. Matthew Israel reviews selected issues that he is involved in from day to day and invites comments and suggestions. Parents and agencies may also access recent letters sent out to parents, the Parent Handbook, information from our Wellness Site (including a set of films dealing with good nutrition), as well as a direct link to contact a JRC administrator or members of their son or daughter’s treatment team.
