This is another view of the Big Reward Store. There are arcade games, a pool table, a CD jukebox, a vibrating lounge chair, Sony Playstations, a carnival style popcorn machine, a sno-cone maker, a big screen TV and comfortable leather sofas. The students have behavioral contracts that enable them to gain access to this Big Reward Store, and to enjoy the items it contains. In these contracts a student must go for a certain period of time without showing certain pre-specified problematic behaviors. If students successfully make their contracts, they can gain access to the Big Reward Store. As the students behaviors improve, the length of these contracts gradually are increased to longer and longer periods.
