JRC was founded in 1971 by Dr. Matthew Israel, who did his doctoral thesis under B.F. Skinner at Harvard University. His passion has been to apply creative behavioral procedures to every aspect of JRC's educational, treatment, management and human resources systems. Under Matt's leadership, JRC has grown to become one of the largest programs of its kind in the country. If you visit the school, and he is in his office, poke your head in his office and say hello.
