In this room members of our Monitoring staff observe students, classrooms, and staff throughout the school day by a closed circuit TV system, to insure that all education and treatment systems are carried out properly. These staff members insure, for example, that classroom staff members constantly try to find positive behaviors that the student is showing and reward those frequently. The residences are similarly monitored through an online digital video monitoring/recording system. This degree of monitoring in a school environment is a unique feature of JRC and helps explain how we are able to carry out our program so consistently and accurately.
