ADMINISTRATIVE/Non Direct Care positions
Full-time desktop support specialist. This position is responsible for delivering direct, end-to-end technology support to our employees while supporting and maintaining in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software, while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. We are searching for a well-organized person who is a good communicator and is accustomed working with desktop ticketing systems.
