The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a fast-growing, highly structured residential special needs program located in Canton, within commuting distance of Boston and Providence that serves children, adolescents and adults presenting a wide array of challenging behaviors, including autism and/or conduct/psychiatric disorders. JRC's program involves the consistent application of a wide range of effective behavioral principles to education and treatment.

JRC is seeking to fill the following positions.

Residential Supervisors-$15.00-$16.50/hr (increase w/degree and w/out benefits)
Overnight Supervisors-$13.50-$15.00/hr (increase w/degree and w/out benefits)
Weekend Supervisors-$14.50/hr-$16.00 (rate depends on schedule worked)

Retail Store Manager

Private Special needs school is looking for a fulltime employee to manage an on site retail store. Responsible for inventory, pricing, ordering, sale and display of merchandise. Responsibilities include overseeing/implementation of student’s program, supervising/coordinating staff’s schedule, quality assurance of residence etc. Previous experience and travel to residential facilities is required. Behavioral Clinician with Masters Degree in Psychology or Allied Field:

Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a growing, highly structured special needs program in Canton, MA (commuting distance from Boston and Providence) that serves children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of challenging behaviors, including autism and/or conduct/psychiatric disorders. JRC uses a consistent application of behavioral principles to education and treatment. We seek full- or part-time clinicians who are committed to using or learning a Skinnerian behavioral approach. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, education, and certification, and starts at: M.A. $75,000; M.A. with BCBA certification $80,000. We pay for BCBA courses. Residential Housekeeping Supervisor:

Judge Rotenberg Center, a residential special needs school in Canton, seeks an individual to assist in maintaining attractive furnishings and decorations for its residential group homes. JRC is looking for a detail-oriented “perfectionist” that possesses exceptional communication, supervisory and time-management skills to oversee and provide supervision of four staff. Duties include maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of 30+ residences, to include ensuring furniture and furnishings, as well as other items and decorations in our residences and classrooms are clean, in good repair, kept attractive and in the appropriate location(s). The residential Housekeeping Supervisor is also responsible for working closely with our Maintenance and Design staff to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of JRC properties.
