The Judge Rotenberg Educational
Center (JRC) is a fast-growing, highly structured
residential special needs program located in Canton,
within commuting distance of Boston and Providence
that serves children, adolescents and adults
presenting a wide array of challenging behaviors,
including autism and/or conduct/psychiatric
disorders. JRC's program involves the consistent
application of a wide range of effective behavioral
principles to education and treatment.
High Crisis Intervention/Security Specialist Special needs school in Canton, MA seeking individuals with strong physical presence to assist with crisis intervention, supervise employees, coordinate restraint procedures and ensure treatment guidelines are being followed accordingly. Applicants may be required to successfully complete a physical agility test. The right candidates will be able to set limits and remain calm during a crisis. Candidates will also receive specialized paid crisis and supervisory training to work as a member of our Crisis Team (handling restraints, runaways, etc.). Hours vary, including weekends.
